Lunges 30’  going forward then back

(2 sets 10-15 each) Jump squats

10x none stop Run and jump over obstacles. 

Rest for 20 secs 

 

Jump rope 20-30 secs

ZigZag running. 30’ 

 

Rest for 20 secs 

 

Jump rope 20-30 secs

Pivot squats 30’ going forward then back 

Rest for 20 secs 

 

Jump rope 20-30 secs

Run a lap with a combination of full speed sprints and jogging.
